These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Word Cipher (the "Game"), published on Google Play under Appodeal Accelerator Labs. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

The Game is a single-player word-cipher (cryptogram) puzzle game: solve clues to decode a hidden quote or proverb one word at a time. Puzzle content is pre-generated and bundled with the Game; it does not require an account or internet connection to play, except to load optional rewarded video ads. Progress and settings are stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy for details).
The Game may offer optional rewarded video ads that grant in-game hints or unlock puzzle collections. These rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Promo codes, where offered, are for in-Game rewards only.
The Game is supported by advertising delivered through Appodeal and its mediated advertising networks. See the Privacy Policy for what information this involves and how to manage your advertising choices.
All puzzle content, artwork, and Game design are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission. Underlying sayings and quotations, where included, may have separate rights held by their respective owners. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Game except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Game. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the Game in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, matching the jurisdiction of the developer entity's registered address above. This does not deprive you of any consumer-protection rights you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
